Social site itsmy.biz has launched a mobile social advertising network, claiming to have reach of 4 million people.

Who can be reached via the ad network? itsmy.biz reaches 54 percent male and 46 percent female mobile Internet users from all carriers. These people are ages 16-42 and reside in the U.S. or Europe.

"For the first time a new media format combines all facets of conventional one-way media like radio, TV and newspaper in one device, for immediate response,” said David Mayerhofer, creative director of itsmy.biz, Munich, Germany.

The new target group is digitally active everywhere.

The rich media-enabled network focuses on three mobile advertising formats: animated full color banners, mobile site branding, content branding, mobile video and mobile TV.

The initial offer is attractive for brands and media agencies who want to experience the mobile social advertising space.

Itsmy.biz offers tips for effective banner advertising - like frequent changes of style and design.

During the beta phase mobile TV and video gained the most user attraction, every video had been watched 3.5 times in average on mobile phones.

Beginning in 2009 itsmy.biz will launch a mobile social advertising bidding system for British advertisers.

The mobile phone is the only medium that is always on and with a consumer at all times. It has a wider reach than TV.

Mobile social advertising is more personal than any other type of advertising. It allows people to directly interact with brands and products.

Gofresh based in Munich, Germany, who runs itsmy.biz, tested the platform with world leading media and creative agencies more than one year in US and Europe and served already more than 1 billion ads.

This advertising opportunity will help advertisers attract interest for their brand or product via a sponsorship to a broad audience.
