Mobile Marketing Association names awards winners

CORONADO, CA -- A packed room of mobile marketers was at hand to salute the winners of the Mobile Marketing Association's Fourth Annual Global Mobile Marketing Awards last night in this resort outside San Diego.

Awards were presented across all geographic regions -- Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Latin America (LATAM), North America (NA) and global. This was a first for the MMA, which received submissions from marketers worldwide in 12 categories.

The 2008 MMA award winners were feted at the tail end of the Mobile Marketing Forum held yesterday at the Loews Coronado resort in Coronado, CA. The list of winners:
