New Creditz mobile payment service to showcase at NRF event

Is the new PayPal of mobile on its way?

CEO America Inc., the exclusive U.S. licensee of Creditz Digital Currency System, will exhibit its micro-payment, mobile payment and virtual terminal system at the National Retail Federation's Annual Convention in New York Jan. 13-16.

"This is the 21st century, yet most payment systems were never designed to function in today's digital economy," said Larry Bracco, chief marketing officer of CEO America, Los Angeles.

"We have integrated brick-and-mortar retailing with online and mobile payments, loyalty and business intelligence to provide a promotional tool for business, and for consumers [and] the fastest, easiest way to get free stuff."

Mr. Bracco said that Creditz accountholders don't need a bank account, so the un-banked, teens and other consumers also have access to the system. Since Creditz always stays in a digital form, there is an audit trail for marketers, accountability for parents and the potential for reduction of fraud, he claimed.

The Creditz Mobile Digital Payment system -- the mobile payment portion of the Creditz Digital Currency -- gives Creditz accountholders direct access to all the benefits of Creditz right from their mobile phone, PDA or other mobile communications device.

Creditz Digital Currency is an integrated micro-payment, loyalty, marketing and business intelligence service for retailers, marketers and digital content distributors.

As a payment system, Creditz is similar to a stored-value card, in that value can be transferred to a Creditz accountholder from his or her bank via electronic field technology, other Creditz accountholders and the Internet or mobile devices or earned in the form of loyalty payments from participating merchants.

With the Creditz Mobile Digital Payment system, consumers can sign up free, get paid Creditz to shop, send or receive Creditz Digital Currency to or from friends and family without charge.

"For example, if you are dining out and splitting the bill with friends but don't have exact cash or a credit card, send Creditz to their cell phone from your cell phone," Mr. Bracco said. "If they are not a Creditz accountholder, they can enroll in seconds [and] it's free."

Creditz Digital Currency helps marketers of all sizes to increase traffic, retain customers, increase spend and improve the ROI of their marketing budgets, Mr. Bracco claimed.

"We also provide the digital content universe with the first integrated payment and loyalty system that allows individual content creators to become merchants, if you will, with a micro-payment system that operates efficiently and simply," Mr. Bracco said.
