The competition between T-Mobile CEO John Legere and Sprint's chief Marcelo Claure is about to get heated ? again. Research firm GSMA Intelligence, which tracks the mobile industry, is predicting that T-Mobile may have finally surpassed Sprint in the three-month period ended in June to become the nation's third-largest wireless carrier.

Yelp Inc. lowered its revenue guidance for the year, citing slower sales headcount growth and the elimination of its brand-advertising product. The reviews site expects revenue of $544 million to $550 million for the year, down from prior guidance of $574 million to $579 million.
