Handmark launches first Arcade-style game for iPhone

Mobile Media producer Handmark has launched GTS World Racing for iPhone and iPod touch.
Now, iPhone and iPod Touch users can play GTS World Racing directly from their handsets. This fist arcade-style game for iPhone and iPod Touch is available through the Apple App Store for a single purchase price of $7.99.

GTS World Racing uses the iPhone's and iPod Touch's built-in accelerometer feature. Players can accelerate, brake and steer the car by moving and turning the device itself on 64 track layouts.

Handmark lets you handpick your car
The game offers a choice of various cars and difficulty levels, as well as the four different play modes: Single Race, Challenge Cup, Grand Tour, and Championship.
In addition, the game also offers players a choice of background music options. Players can even select music directly from their iPods, to customize their own racing soundtrack.
GTS World Racing currently claims to be one of the hottest selling games in the App Store. It is currently featured in the App Store as the #5 Top Paid Game. Additionally, Handmark runs its own direct-to-consumer business where it can communicate directly with a number of iPhone users in its database.

Arcade in your iPhone
Handmark develops mobile media for a range of smartphones including BlackBerry, Palm Treo, Symbian OS, and Windows Mobile devices, as well as the Apple iPhone and iPod touch.
