Adenyo acquires Movoxx to strengthen mobile marketing platform

Adenyo, a mobile marketing software company, has acquired MoVoxx Inc. to provide the market with an end-to-end platform that helps brands reach their campaign goals.

MoVoxx is a mobile advertising company that serves ads into mobile content, claiming to reach more than 40 million unique users monthly in the United States. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed, but the companies did say that all MoVoxx employees will join the Adenyo team.

?The acquisition of MoVoxx by Adenyo is a great opportunity for all of us and an exciting new development in the mobile industry,? said Alec Andronikov, CEO of Movoxx, Los Angeles.

?This is a great acquisition in terms of the need for a 360-degree platform when it comes to mobile advertising and mobile marketing,? he said. ?We are going to take more of an integrated approach rather than just a media push and an afterthought.

?We have built out a deep mobile marketing platform when it comes to mobile advertising in the United States with various targeting mechanisms.?

The MoVoxx acquisition is a strategic addition to Adenyo?s mobile marketing offering.

The integration of MoVoxx?s technologies will create a mobile marketing platform that gives advertisers an opportunity to engage and foster customer conversations through a complete set of tools.

Adenyo?s mobile marketing software platform and international presence combined with MoVoxx?s extensive U.S.-based mobile network technology firmly positions Adenyo as a one-stop mobile shop.

MoVoxx has a fully integrated product suite of mobile media, including SMS, mobile application and display.

The company?s GeoSense and MobileTrace technologies helps digital agencies, national brands and local merchants to launch location-based mobile advertising campaigns on a broad scale.

These proprietary technologies include post-click analytics tools used to optimize mobile user engagement within targeted audience subsets.

Adenyo lets agencies, brands and mobile carriers develop, target, execute and measure fully integrated marketing strategies and campaigns in the mobile economy.

The company powers four technologies through its integrated mobile marketing software platform ? mobile marketing and ad serving, mobile storefronts, mobile coupons and payments, and mobile analytics.

?This is a fairly pivotal acquisition for Adenyo,? said Tyler Nelson, chairman/CEO of Adenyo, Toronto. ?Our business has grown with a series of accretive acquisitions in our history.

?This is a significant turning point in two directions,? he said. ?It establishes us firmly in the U.S. marketplace.

?It clearly positions our customers to take advantage of platform they?ve been using in Canada and Western Europe and bring it to the U.S.?
