Job Description

The Content Writer brainstorms, writes, and transformsideas into persuasive messaging through various content types to includingemails, print collateral, website content, social media, blogs, white papers,press releases, brochures, publications, product descriptions, advertisements,and other forms of marketing. The Content Writer also, copyedits contentwritten by self and other members of the team for spelling, grammar, andconsistency, paying close attention to detail to ensure accuracy, language, andbrand consistency of all messaging. Utilizes creativity and data-driveninsights to optimize copy and improve impact and reach of written content andincrease engagement by readers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college oruniversity preferred
  • Two to five years related experience and/or trainingpreferred
  • Ability to research and describe clinical benefits ofnutritional supplement ingredients
  • Comfort with breaking down and explaining thebenefits of each product
  • Medical/Research writing background preferred
  • Familiarity with Nutritional Supplements
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in allunits of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Abilityto compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret commonscientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries orcomplaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the businesscommunity. Ability to write speeches andarticles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present
