ITA Group, a worldwide leader in corporate engagement solutions, was named one of the 2018 Best Workplaces for Women and one of the 2018 Best Small & Medium Workplaces by Fortune magazine and Great Place to Work®.
“At ITA Group, we believe all success comes through, and with, people. The 2018 rankings are based on in-depth employee surveys analyzed by Great Place to Work, a global people analytics and consulting firm focusing on workplace culture, in partnership with Fortune.
For the Best Workplaces for Women ranking, the firm analyzed survey feedback representing more than 4.5 million US employees. The majority of the ranking is based on what women reported in a survey about their workplace and how fairly those experiences compared to other genders at the same workplaces.
The Best Small & Medium Workplaces ranking considered more than 158,000 employee surveys from small and medium-sized companies. More than 50 elements of team members’ experiences on the job were evaluated, including the extent to which employees trust leaders, the respect with which people are treated, the fairness of workplace decisions, and camaraderie on the team.
Statistics from ITA Group’s employee survey included the following responses:
--94% said: “Taking everything into account, I would say this is a great place to work.”
--95% agreed: “I am proud to tell others I work here.”
--98% reported: “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.”
--93% added: “Everyone has an opportunity to get special recognition.”
